Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, your company’s approximate annual revenue range, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
Please don’t send sensitive information through this website. Do not include bank or account numbers, Social Security or tax ID numbers, or financial documents in the contact form. If we work together, we’ll provide a secure way to share that information.
How we use it

- To keep this website secure and working properly
We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we won’t send you marketing text messages.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
If we don’t end up working together, we delete contact form submissions within 24 months. If you become a client, information is kept as described in your engagement letter.
How we protect it
This website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we limit access to the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email ryan@blueprintaccountingsvcs.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
